Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Make & Print (the "Site"), operated by Dimension's Edge ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Service
Make & Print is a free browser-based tool for designing and printing calendars, planners, greeting cards, banners, posters, foldables, labels, gift tags, bookmarks, and stickers ("the tool"). The tool runs entirely in your own web browser: your project data is stored locally, encrypted, in your browser's storage, and any PDF you export or print is generated on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not receive or store your project data or exported files on our servers.
2. Your Content
You are solely responsible for the text, images, and other content ("Your Content") you add to a project, and for anything you print, export, or share as a result. You represent that you have the right to use Your Content, and that it does not violate any law or infringe any third party's rights (for example, copyright in an uploaded photo or clipart).
Because your projects are stored only in your own browser and never reach our servers, we have no visibility into Your Content and cannot review, moderate, or verify it.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to create, print, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, or that contains viruses, malware, or other malicious or harmful code. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
4. Your Own Backups
Since projects live only in your browser's local storage, you are responsible for exporting or printing anything you want to keep. Clearing your browser data, switching browsers or devices, or a lost/damaged device can permanently remove saved projects, and we have no copy to restore from.
5. No Warranty
The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any exported file will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimension's Edge, its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, projects, files, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site — including, without limitation, loss of a saved project due to browser data being cleared or a device being lost, damaged, or replaced.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dimension's Edge and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.
8. Advertising
The Site displays ads served by our own ad network, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of any ad shown, though ads are not chosen based on Your Content or your saved projects, which never reach our servers.
9. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, code, and branding are owned by Dimension's Edge unless otherwise noted (fonts and clipart included with the Site are used under their own open licenses). You retain all rights to Your Content; we claim no ownership over anything you design using the tool.
10. Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Dimension's Edge operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
